Initial Consultation: (60 min) A meeting to discuss birth preferences, answer questions, and get familiar with one another.

Phone Availability: I will be available from the time you sign your contract through delivery for any phone consultations, texting, or support you need.

2 Prenatal Appointments: (90 min) Two in-person or virtual visits to go over birth plan and comfort measures, and answer any questions.

Continuous Labor Support: On-call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks, with support during active labor, from when you call me until birth This includes physical support (comfort measures, positioning, etc.), emotional support, and advocacy if needed.

1 Postpartum Check-In Appointment: (90 min) A visit or call to check in about your postpartum experience, answer any questions, and offer support or referrals as needed.
